Alipay has launched the industry's first Consumer Protection Center, which serves as a one-stop hub for reviewing service agreements, managing privacy, configuring security settings, and providing financial education. In its first year, the center recorded over 200 million visits. This initiative is part of Ant Group's "Ant 315 Consumer Protection" effort and was a key factor in achieving an A-level regulatory rating, promoting healthier practices within the industry. It combines product innovation strategy, awareness building, functional integration, and a unified visual and language design to ensure a seamless user experience.

The offline Experience Center in Ant Space features a minimalist, narrative-driven design that guides visitors through themes like payment evolution and information security. Immersive exhibits make financial knowledge easy to grasp, while shared areas host public events that strengthen brand values.
